You will be split into three groups based on age 

12 & 13 Years Old

14 & 15 Years Old

16 Years +

The day will start with 3 Auditions in Dance, Acting and Ensemble Singing. 

These will be an hour long and give each young person a chance to show off their skills.

Following this, each performer will then take to the main stage to perform their solo.  After all participants have performed, the panel will deliberate and the awards ceremony will begin.

• By entering Youth Musical Theatre Awards you are agreeing to all rules and regulations set out by the company.
• Entries must be completed and payment taken 6 weeks prior to the event date
• Age Categories are determined by the age of a performer on the day of the event - a maximum age of 20 will be adhered to.
• Students currently in full time vocational training (College University Level) will not be permitted to participate. Students at vocational High School training may still attend.
• All decisions by the Panel are final.
• Participants must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the event. 
• YMTA UK reserve the right to remove any performer/teacher or parent if their behaviour does not align with our values.
• Song and Dance solos will NOT be permitted in the solo section. No costumes, props or additional make up should be used/worn.
• Upon submitting an entry, you are agreeing to the use of photos and videos being taken by Youth Musical Theatre Awards during the event . Please be aware these photos/videos may be used on social media platforms associated with YMTA UK. 
• We are not liable for any injuries occurred during dance workshops.
• Once paid no refunds will be issued unless in extreme circumstances.
